Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Nicole Kidman Dance at https://nicolekidmandance.org. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Nicole Kidman Dance lets you upload a photo, or up to three photos, and generate a short vertical AI video of the people or pets in them doing the viral “Nicole Kidman” TikTok dance, with the trend’s stretch of ADÉLA’s song on it.

Nicole Kidman Dance is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nicole Kidman, ADÉLA, her record label (Capitol Records / Universal Music), the choreographer Kyler Irby, TikTok or ByteDance. The service doesn’t use Nicole Kidman’s likeness; the dance is named after the song.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live if that is higher, to use Nicole Kidman Dance. You need an account, created by signing in with Google, to generate videos. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

Only upload photos you have the right to use: photos of yourself, of people who have agreed to be in your video, or of your pet. You must not upload photos of:

• celebrities or public figures, including Nicole Kidman and ADÉLA;
• minors.

Before each video you confirm, by ticking a box, that you have the right to use the photos.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nicole Kidman Dance to:

• create sexual, hateful, harassing or deceptive content;
• impersonate anyone or make misleading deepfakes, including passing off a video as real footage of a person;
• infringe anyone’s rights in their image, privacy or content;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

When you post a video made here, label it as AI-generated.

Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and to other people’s rights, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on social platforms.

AI results vary. The moves follow the routine but are not frame-for-frame copies of the original, and you are responsible for checking a video before you share it.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

• Videos are paid for with credits. Credits are bought in one-time packs through Stripe checkout; there are no subscriptions.
• Bought credits never expire. Credits from daily check-ins expire 30 days after they are given.
• Credits are not cash, can’t be exchanged for money, and can’t be transferred to another account.
• If a render fails, it is retried once for free; if it fails again, the credits are refunded to your account. Photos refused by the AI model’s content check are not retried, and their credits are refunded.
• If you are not happy with a video, email [email protected] and we will refund you.

Suspension

We may remove content, block generations, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, or when we need to for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Nicole Kidman Dance after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
