This Privacy Policy explains how Nicole Kidman Dance (“we,” “us”) handles your information when you use https://nicolekidmandance.org.

Information We Collect

1. Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from your Google account.
2. Photos you upload. The photo or photos you provide so we can make your video, including the people or pets shown in them.
3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you, plus related details such as the length you picked, the status of the render and when it was created.
4. Payment information. The pack you bought, the order and its payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
5. Usage and analytics data. Pages visited, features used, credits spent, and technical data such as browser and device type, collected through Google Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account and credits, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, keep the service working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Your photos are used only to make your video. We don’t sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Who Can See Your Photos and Videos

Your photos and videos are visible only in your own account. We don’t publish them or show them anywhere on the site.

Service Providers

We rely on these providers to run the service. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Hosting for the website and its servers.
• File storage (Cloudflare R2) for your uploaded photos and generated videos.
• AI video processing. Your photos are sent to the AI model provider only to make your video, and the AI provider doesn’t keep them.
• Payments (Stripe), which processes your card or wallet payment.
• Sign-in (Google), which confirms who you are when you log in.
• Analytics (Google Analytics), which tells us how the site is used.

Storage and Deletion

Your photos and videos are kept in your account so you can view and download them. You can have your photos and videos deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

We use:

• a sign-in session cookie that keeps you logged in,
• a first-visit source cookie that remembers where you first came from (for example a search engine or a link) for 30 days,
• analytics cookies from Google Analytics.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you won’t be able to stay logged in.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or receiving a copy of your data.

Children

Nicole Kidman Dance is not for children under 13. Don’t upload photos of minors.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
